This year I will be part of the BETZOLD-Didacta family and give out vouchers with everyone who makes a photo with me. So be early.

Some days ago I got the offer from the nice people at StiftungLesen to join the „Prominente Lesebotschafter“ (read ambassador engl.). This is something I am really thankful for as it shows how you can combine two things I like, being a musician and doing something for the kids. Thanks to everyone involved.

As mentioned earlier, I gonna write a blog for BETZOLD from now on and the first article is published now. Read it here. Sorry, german only.

Winning the „Best Album“-Award by Metal Hammer felt good and now we announced a european headlining run with AUGUST BURNS RED, WHITECHAPEL and IN HEARTS WAKE. I really hope to meet all of you there. So, as „Wanderer“ is my first whole record with HEAVEN SHALL BURN it was more than exciting to see that positive feedback. I never thought to win that kind of award, but thanks to everyone at Metal Hammer making this possible. It feels good somehow. Let’s get together on the upcoming tour in early 2018.
